Christmas Songs Guitar Lessons

Learn how to play classic Christmas songs note-for-note on guitar with The Christmas Songs Guitar Lessons.
Anyone who has learnt guitar to the level where they could play songs in front of friends and family has been asked at Christmas: ‘Can you play us some Christmas songs?’.
Well, with this collection you can learn nine of the most iconic Christmas songs of the jazz and pop era.
From the jazz stylings of Christmas Song and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas to iconic Christmas pop songs like Lennon’s Happy Xmas and The Pogues’ Fairytale of New York, there should be something here to suit all tastes.
Click on any of the song titles to see a clip from the start of the lesson. (The free ones you can download in their entirety.)
You’ll receive at least two videos per song, one lesson and one performance-standard play-through. You’ll also receive the chords/lyrics and guitar tabs as PDF files.
The videos are mp4 format and should play on PC’s, Macs and most mobile devices.
They will download as Zip files. If you don’t have a Zip program on your PC you’ll need to install one to open the file.

Hi Jerry, Do you have any plans to add any Doors songs to your impressive list of songs? 2021 is the 50 year anniversary of Jim Morrison’s death in Paris. If so, I’d like to learn how to play “Love Her Madly”, “Riders On The Storm”, “Love Me Two Times”, and “The End”.

Hi Jerry, It’s the 50th anniversary year of Jim Morrison’s death in Paris and I’d like to request your version of three Doors’ songs. The songs are: 1) Love Her Madly, 2) Riders On the Storm, and 3) People Are Strange. If you have time for reading, I can recommend the book “Break On Through, the Life and Death of Jim Morrison” by James Riordan and Jerry Prochnicky. It’s a little over 500 pages but VERY entertaining. I bought it from Amazon. It’s the best book I’ve read in years!

I will if I can Alan.
The to-do list is pretty huge now.

Actually kinda surprised frosty the snowman isn’t here! I was looking to cheat a little. I wanna learn it on a different instrument but other people are not good at explaining to me exactly when the chords change so I was hoping to use your extraordinary pedagogical skill lmao
I’m very grateful for what you do!
