Hello,
Is “I can’t help but wonder when I’m bound” on your to-do list?
Joe Dassin made a french version in 1967 “Combien de temps pour t’oublier”. So nice in franch as in english.

Jerry says
Hi Annette
I’ll be doing Tom Paxton’s version of that song.

Any chance you could do the last time I saw her face?
Douglas Powers says
“Home From The Forest’ has always been special to me, any chance of seeing that one in the near future?
Jerry says
I’ll add it to the to-do list Douglas. I do them in the order I receive the requests, so it won’t be imminent I’m afraid.

Yes good requests: the last time I saw her face; home from the forest, and may I add Softly

I hope you eventually do Knotty Pine. Hope it is somewhere on your to do list.
Jerry says
It wasn’t, but I’ve added it now.
RALPH CORDELL says
How about Old Dan’s Records? I know this is a guitar bar but the banjo intro is awesome and I’ve not been able to find a tab for that anywhere.
Jerry says
Just added it Ralph. Do you mean this version? (I don’t hear banjo in the intro.)

RALPH CORDELL says
Yes. I also checked out my vinyl of the original album (a few of us are still around) and found the banjo piece is the third verse and following break rather than the intro. A lot of folks put down and some probably despise banjo pickers but I’ve found it to be a good interlude and helps with my finger picking. Do you ever include instruments other than guitars? I suppose one could cross pick it if you wanted to stick to six strings. That would definitely take it up a notch or two in the difficulty level. I’ve checked the banjo sites and could not find it. Maybe I’ll try working it out. Have done a few simple songs and I can only get closer than what I am now.
Thanks again for all you put into this.

Thanks.
