I’m disappointed that you haven’t don “Waiting on a Friend”
The quality of your lessons is always excellent. I’ve been pleased with the dozens of lessons I have purchased.

I would also like to learn “Waiting On A Friend” and Jerry will probably get to it eventually.
It astounding how many songs he’s already arranged for the rest of the world to enjoy.
If only there were TWO Jerrys, maybe every song in the western world would be available!

Just seeking a little help, I tried testing a free download to see how it worked. Normally if I download anything it goes directly into my download file but usually it is a single type of file, say a you tube, or a picture, or a tab sheet.
As I understand it you wrap the whole lesson plus any tabs into a zip file that presumably then get unzipped and can be redirected to seperate files say one for the lesson under dvd’s and the tabs to go under maybe pdf docs
The free download I got never went to the download directory, the choices seemed to be all windows, word, media player etc, which might make sense for one file but not different files
I selected word but nothing happened and the download just seemed to disappear, there is no sign of it in the word files or the download files or anywhere else
Of course this concerns me because there’s no point in buying lessons that never arrive or don’t get saved.
I see you mention about a zip program, but Windows now seem to make it difficult to utilise anything not coming in from the windows store and I have no idea if such a piece of software would add to the options when downloading a zipped file combining different tabs and media files
So questions are this-do the paid for files contain all stuff zipped together or do seperate “media and data” files come in seperate zipped files and if it all comes together or seperate have any customers mentioned problems and solutions in unzipping and if necessary separating files for study?
Sorry if this is a computer tech question on a music site but much as I’d like to try a few of your lessons I really need to be able to get them properly downloaded on my pc to do so

Hi Barry,
– The download will go to whatever folder you have set up as your default download folder. It works like any other download on your computer.
– To unzip it you do need a zip program. There are several free ones for Windows such as Zipeg and Peazip.
– The zip file contains 2 (at least) mp4 video files and 2 PDFs (tabs and lyrics)
– Very occasionally a customer has a problem downloading or opening a file. The great majority don’t. Problems are almost always solvable with an email or two of explanation.
