Fleetwood Mac’s Gold Dust Woman has that haunting, hypnotic quality that makes it instantly recognisable. Much of that atmosphere comes from the droning, modal sound of the guitar, and in this lesson I’ve arranged the song as a one-guitar accompaniment that captures that feel while remaining very playable.The arrangement is in double drop D tuning, which gives the guitar that low, resonant drone you hear on the record.
