There are two versions of this lesson in the download file. Both teach exactly the same parts, but one is on a 12-string guitar (which is what Paul plays on the original), and one is on a 6-string to allow those folks who don’t have a 12-string to play it. They are in fact identical versions because they reflect what Paul Simon is playing. The reason a 6-string version is included even though the 12-string one is the authentic version, is simply so those folks who don’t have a 12 can learn it too.
The 6-string version won’t sound exactly like the original because of the different guitar, but will sound perfectly good.
The preview video contains the first section taken from each lesson for the song For Emily, Whenever I May Find Her.
The 12-string version contains two lesson videos, a performance play thru video, full tabs, chords and lyrics. The 6-string version contains one lesson video, a performance play thru video, full tabs, chords and lyrics. The lesson will download as a zip file of 398 Mb containing all the lesson content.
