Our lessons are digital files. When you purchase a lesson an email will automatically and immediately be sent to the email address you have set up in Paypal. This email will contain a link to download the lesson file. This will be a zip file that you will then need to open on your device. (Please note that not all devices can recognise zip files.)
Additionally, if you follow the check out process all the way through to the ‘Thank You’ page, you will find the link to download the lesson on that page too.
Jerry’s Guitar Bar lessons are digital files that must be downloaded, not physical products. You will therefore need some experience in downloading and opening zip files.
If you have difficulty downloading or opening the files, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will offer suggestions to try to help. We will always reply to you within 24 hours and usually much faster than that.
If it happens that after trying our suggestions you still are unable to download or open the lesson file, we will refund you for the full cost of the lesson(s).
Please note that we will only be able to offer this refund on the first occasion that you buy something and are unable to access it. If, subsequently, you try again to order lessons and still find that they won’t work, we will attempt to help again, but will not be able to offer a refund.
